SUMMARY:Inner Doors Community
DESCRIPTION:Join the new Inner Doors online community and school portal and work with Dr. Mindy on a regular basis.\nThe focus of Inner Doors is the intersection of depth psychology, somatics, creative expression, and the sacred – what call depth somatics. Our aim this first year, at the basic membership level, is to transmit the philosophies and practices at the very foundation of depth somatics and embodied mysticism. Through talks, guided explorations, and process groups, you’ll be immersed in depth psychology and ecology, trauma healing and liberation studies, somatic movement and meditation, ancient love and wisdom school teachings, poetry and music and dance, witchcraft and art making. You’ll align yourself with the rhythms and cycles of the natural world that we are all inextricably a part of. You’ll study how change happens, how to work with change, how to be change, and how to weave a little neuroplasticity magic around what cannot be changed. Whatever you’re personal healing or creative goals are, you’ll be in community that’s here to help you make the process beautiful.\n
