42nd Ave Block Party!

Come out for the first ever 42nd Ave Block Party! It’s in SE Portland in this gem of a neighborhood on – you guessed it – SE 42nd Ave, between SE Francis and SE Holgate. Saturday, July 25th from 10am to 7pm, it’s free to enter, there will be food and drinks, loads of vendors, a good community hang vibe, a music stage and a spoken word stage. The spoken word stage will be at the SE Francis end of the street, just next to Creston Park, and poets and comedians will perform every other hour. Poet and heartthrob Brian Ellis is the host and curator, and here’s the poet stage lineup:
