Dream Workshop Part 2 at Bikram Yoga SE Portland
I will be facilitating a two part dream workshop series on Sundays April 7 + 28 at Bikram Yoga SE Portland, from 11:30am-2:30am. If you are feeling the call to start or deepen your dream practice, this will be an incredibly warm and welcoming place to do exactly that, with like minded seekers. All you need to bring is your dreams and a notebook to write in. Topics may include:
– Moon logic: the basics of a dream practice, the nature of dreams + practices for decoding dream symbols
– The intelligent image: Jungian techniques for accessing dream guidance
– The wounded image: practices of naming, offering & ritual for using dreams to heal
– Living our dreams: synchronicity, individuation & the connected collective
